F. M. "Sonny" Wilkins JR is a licensed Real Estate Broker(DRE Lic. #00389669) serving the Valley in the listing and selling of single family residentcial real estate.
Sonny's career started in new home constuction and sales in 1971 with Duc & Elliot Builders, then Shapell Industries of N. CA. In 1977 he joined the San Jose Real Estate Board, now the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS where he has held continuous membership to the present (34 years)
Sonny is completing his twentieth year as and associate Broker with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate People considered one of the top offices in the Valley.
Besides his years of sales experience Sonny holds several designations in the real estate field. CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Only 4% of REALTORS hold this designation. GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) now that Sonny is a senior him self, he considers this a special honor. e-PRO (Internet Professional), A member of the National Association of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS, Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS, MLS Listings (Covers Santa Clara County and many other Counties ajoining) Metrolist MLS (Covers the Central Valley plus other ajoinning counties,) He is the proudest of wanting to live up to his motto "For Service That Shines, Call Sonny."
Married to his right hand and assistant, Jeannie for 47 years, they have one son Ryan , also a REALTOR, his wife Holly and two beautiful grand kids, Amber and Zachary.
Sonny served in the Army National Guard for 6 years with Battery C 143rd Artillery (175 Self Propelled). He attained the rank of E-6 Staff Sergeant and received an honourable discharge in 1972.
